It is my understanding that you can't kill someone who is attempting to surrender when you know you are not in danger and they are clearly surrendering. Maybe there are exceptions to that. I voted for him in 2008. I will vote for him again in 2012. I am 99.9 percent certain that everything was kosher here. As a journalist, I think that it needs to be independently investigated, particularly in light of the revelation that bin Laden was unarmed.
