From a Belichick perspective: "Osama Bin Laden (head missing) questionable."

BBC and AJE showing an empty podium at the White House. BBC also saying Karzai is about to address the Afghani people.

If I have to listen to Wolf Blitzer for 15 more minutes, I might not be excited anymore.

Hundreds outside the White House. A flash mob. CNN reporting the Secret Service is scrambling.

A friend of mine spells his name "Oussama."

Same reason you see "Qadaffi" and "Gadaffi". Arabic uses a different alphabet and you can use different English letters to represent the Arabic letters.

The "KAF" letter, for example can be represented with a Q, G or K. Your choice -- they're all right, since technically there's no English-languagespelling of the words.

In Arabic script, it looks like a cursive "g" with two dots over it. It's hard to pronounce correctly, too, so basically when it's translated into English, we massacre it. (It comes from the back of your throat -- in all he guide books read, when they said how to pronounce letters, it always said, "Ask a Moroccan" on that one and the two others we don't use.

It's like the Cyrillic alphabet in some ways -- there's that one Russian letter than can be translated into a "y" or an "i" in English.

I wonder how much intelligence they gathered at Bin Laden's compound. It's gotta be a big score, right?

Clearly, President Obama does not like SportsJournalists.com. He timed his speech for the nightly server shutdown.

Wow. It happened today, not last week. Over/under on how long it takes for the made-for-TV movie.
