Does anyone take him seriously anywhere?

When GHB threw a similiar hissy fit at Ted Koppel when he was running for president, it was used to show how "tough" he actually is and how he's "not a wimp." With Clinton, he's "out of control."

This b.s. gets so thick sometimes. The other day I saw Robert Novak and some similarly cartoonish liberal commentator sitting in chairs ready to "talk issues," and I immediately flipped the channel. I can't even watch the spin anymore.

How would Obama's defeat confirmation a black guy can't get elected president? If a white guy with his experience ran, he'd be back home selling insurance after the New Hampshire primary.

Obama doesn't have even half the experience the last two presidents did when they got elected. If he was a multi-term senator or governor I'd agree with you. His lack of experience will turn off more people than his skin color.

Bush this, Bush that, blah, blah, blah.

Where did I ever even mention George W. Bush? It's always the same...when Clinton is indefensible, start bashing Bush.

Spin, spin, spin, spin, spin ... I can no longer take seriously the stances of people with a clear agenda and a dog in the fight.

Uh, when you are ASKED to appear for an interview for the PURPOSE of talking about your global initiative . . . and the interview instead turns into an ambush of questions that Fox News has NEVER asked of the CURRENT president . . . never mind. ::) ::) ::)

Bush stinks as a president. How's that? Now address the topic without mentioning him again.

I think he's the only chance the democrats have of winning in 2008... It will be interesting to see what happens with Hillary and Obama during the primaries...

The issue is that Clinton loves and studies policies and how they affect the country.

Clinton could run for Jesus and win.
Is that on the ballot in '08?

Since Warner decided to drop out, unless Barack does join the fray, it appears that everyone else is clearing out for Hillary.

Being honest, it's a crapshoot for '08. I don't think anyone is a virtual lock of running. I'll say between January and Septermber of next year is when we'll see candidates lock in on both sides.

Armchair, people do tend, unconsciously, add race to the scheme of things, along with experience. I want to go along with you on that, but what I learned growing up in a black community is that there is a mindset that the large majority of voters, including blacks, are not mentally ready to envision a president who is not a Caucasian male. They think it's time and long overdue, but mentally can they accept that subconsciously?
