You did better than me. I came up with three. But the fifth is Miami of Ohio. Benjamin Harrison and Ben Roethlisberger.

OK, I Googled the answer because I thought it was a joke question. Actually is legit and I would have totally guessed the wrong president (my legit answer not my joke answer). But this line about the person who logged the most golf is absolutely hilarious and ... well, see the spoiler tag

I am totally going to hell for laughing at this. From golfspan.com
    Woodrow Wilson

Wilson, the twenty-eighth president of the United States of America, holds the record for most golf by a president. If you were to ask, “Which president has played the most golf?” Woodrow Wilson would be your answer. In six years, he played over 1200 rounds of golf. His golfing career was sadly cut short by a stroke.

And my legit answer would have been Eisenhower.

Eisenhower apparently had his 1955 heart attack while golfing, so there you go.
According to Golfspan, Taft was the first president to take up golfing, arguably consistent with America's growing interest at the time in leisure activities.

The answer is the 6-11 Tom McMillen, who also won the Congressional Ted Turner Lookalike Contest so many years in a row they redrew his district so he couldn’t come back to office.

Truman attended law school at the University of Kansas, but did not graduate.
