After I guessed, I looked up the actual answer and it's David Ortiz, who passed Kingman in his last season with the Red Sox.

Mark Moseley won the MVP award in 1982, but how many other kicker/punters have received mvp votes since 1970 and who are they?

I'm not sure about the full list, but Janikowski has to be on there.

    No votes for janikowski

I’m thinking Ray Guy, Jan Stenerud, and, as a trick answers, Danny White as he punted while playing quarterback and George Blanda, who kicked while QBing the Raiders in 1970.

Disappointing. I Googled the answer and came across one where the answer was basically "I know you love that popular band, but these guys playing the bowling alley three towns over are even better."

Stenerud is a no, but yes to the other three with the caveat that White is listed only as a qb in the year he got MVP votes, but clearly was punting.

    Missing one more.

Sadly that description fits for the last of these.

I think it’s another combo guy. I think Dan Pastorini was a QB/P for the Oilers and Pat McInally was a WR/P for the Bengals, so I’ll offer those two.

    The idiot kicker?

Good guesses, but neither got votes.

Not him or any colt. The last guy is a tough one.
