He played at Gonzaga so I knew about him more than the average trivia freak since I also live in the PNW.

He is not one. He had the famous 96-yarder in overtime against the Jets, but that was his only one.

Here are a couple of hints: None of the other three are or will be Hall of Famers, but two of them had very, very good careers and at their peaks had a couple of seasons where they might have been the best running back in the league. The third guy was not nearly at that level but was a productive starter for the better part of a decade.

I want to say Chris Johnson is one. He had that 2,000-yard season and several other really good ones, and he used to break long runs pretty regularly. Pretty sure he had at least one 90-yarder.

Along those same lines, maybe Corey Dillon. Both he and Johnson fit your description of a good career with a peak of might-have-been-best-in-the-league.

Chris Johnson and Bo Jackson are two of the four. Corey Dillon is not.
    Johnson had a 91-yarder during his 2,000-yard season in 2009, and then a 94-yarder in 2012.
Dillon did have a 96-yard TD in 2001, but that was his only one.

Two left, and here's another hint. They both did it this century.

No idea if it's guys who've done it recently. Good question.

I remember an 84-yarder by Tony Dorsett in addition to the 99-yarder.

    Not Dorsett, not Willie Parker.
The five are Derrick Henry, Bo Jackson, Chris Johnson, Ahman Green and Lamar Miller.

Miller had two 97-yard TD runs, in 2014 and 2018, making him the only player with two of 95-plus.
    Green had a 98-yarder in 2003 and a 90-yarder in 2004 with the Packers.

And here's a related follow-up question: Who are the only three players to have both a 90-yard run and a 90-yard reception in their careers?

Two of them are in the Hall of Fame. The other is very well-known.
