I would assume that Mariano Rivera is one. (Lol, I typed Mariano Duncan first!)

Eckersley got 24. One for each season of his career.

Damn. I forgot he spent those mid-career years with the Cubs.

    How about Mussina?

Not the moose, he eked out nine hits.

And not that this is a hint, but the other player with no hits some how scored four runs in his career without ever drawing a walk or HBP. I’m assuming he was brought in as a pinch runner?

    Fingers?

EDIT: never mind, it’s not Fingers. And it’s not Lee Smith either.

    It is Morris.

Also, funny thing with Rivera. He managed an RBI despite no hits. Looks like he drew a walk with the bases loaded.

Morris got one at bat. He pinch hit for Alan Trammell in 1987. Looks like Sparky had used four pinch hitters already, and may have not had the use of Kirk Gibson (Bill Bean started in left). I should note Morris also threw a complete game.

As noted Morris scored four runs …three of which came in 1983, two of which were being a pinch runner for John Wockenfuss.

Could Morris have hit for Trammell (who
Started at short) if Morris was already in the game? I thought the pitcher could only hit for the DH.

I pulled up the boxscore for that game, and I can’t figure out how Morris was eligible to hit for Trammell. Granted I haven’t had my coffee yet.

You are looking the same thing I did. If I get time today, I’m going to see if I can find the gamer on newspapers.com.
