    According to the most recent issue of South Dakota magazine, Pine Ridge native Billy Mills remains the only man from the Western Hemisphere to win a gold medal in the Olympic 10K. Checked it out, and it's true.

    Running Brave is a good movie. It came out after Benson’s popularity had faded almost completely, which probably hurt it.
