Also, maybe it's just me, but this draft is kind of playing out eerily like the Paul Pierce draft to me. Lot of polished college products - Kemba, Brandon Knight - still hanging around there on the board. While I can understand how the draft has played out so far, I'm kind of surprised it has gone this way.

Knight is a polished college product?

"Polished" is probably the wrong word. Highly ranked college player, something to that effect. Meaning, I don't think any GM would get flak for taking Knight or Walker, but they both lasted until #8 and #9. I imagine some fan bases are going to be pissed about that.

For the love of God. As a Bucks fan, I hope to God they picked Jimmer so they can ship him. I don't see him as a NBA player at all.

Pick belongs to the Kings. They did a pre-draft deal, just hasn't been announced yet.

Maybe Tyreke and DeMarcus can take Jimmer to get some tattoos.

I love the Cavs picking Tristan Thompson. The kid is insanely athletic and is going to fill out. Also like the Irving pick over Williams. Williams won everyone's hearts in the PAC-10 and NCAA Tournaments...but he was a notch above good during the regular season. Yes he is strong and physically gifted, but if he is stuck at the 4 he is going to have serious problems defensively.

I'm sitting at a bar watching the first half of the draft, Guinness Pints for $3.85, and when the Wiz take this guy I see him kiss the babe and said, he's got to be good, he's got a Super Model for a girlfriend.

I love this draft. 4 of the top 7 picks are not from the USA. Suck it AAU.

How tall must his gf have been? I mean, dude was 6' 11" and she wasn't too much shorter than him....

Was surprised Faried lasted so long. Seemed like he'd go higher just because he's got skills that will definitely translate to the NBA -- which is more than a lot of people can say.

I think the rap on Faried is that he's so limited offensively, you're basically drafting the next Reggie Evans or Danny Fortson.
