Oh God. She fell for it.

    Now I'm going to bed.

Both DeAnna, the girl who named him runner-up in Bachelorette, and his ex-wife are very similar to Melissa in looks.

I'll get shit for this, but I don't care. I didn't watch much of the season ... snippets here and there, and tonight's episodes, but kudos to Jason. He had the balls to do what he believed in, what he felt in his heart, in the final episode and six weeks later. My money is on that Melissa got a little crazy once the cameras went off and he thought 'I didn't choose her for the drama, eff this.' She seemed very immature, especially compared to the younger Molly. I respect him for doing what he felt he needed to do, no regrets. He could have just as easily ended up crying after Molly said 'eff you' but he took the chance and, for now, it appears to have paid off. Good on him for not caring what the public's going to think and following his heart.

There were Internet rumors starting weeks ago that the producers told Jason to pick the girl he didn't want to be with out of the final two with the intention of creating this very scenario. It is said that he was still seeing Molly during the ensuing weeks and that there is an e-mail string out there between himself and Melissa where it all plays out. Personally, I find it hard to believe that the guy would go along with such a diabolical plan.

Now if somebody could please tell me where I can find my balls, I'll be leaving.

  4. I only watched pieces of the show all season long, but thought that Melissa was smokin' hot. And like some said, and others on here have disagreed with, I thought more of Melissa last nighy then I did any time I saw her earlier. I never got fake from her, but I didn't see enough of the show to know for sure. And yes, that guy needed kicked in the balls for what he did. We have become so much a "what about me" society. From what I gathered, Melissa was pretty awesome, smokin hot, and into him. He was kind of into two girls, and he picked one. What the F ever happened to a responsible comittment anymore? (I know, I know, we are talking about the Bachelor here) He committed to someone, then changed his mind? Whatever.

If that's true, then he needs to be kicked in the ball 10 times.

And really, what is he teaching his son?

I don't know about conspiracies, but I'd really like to get the backstory from the producers.
Couples have broken up shortly after the show wrapped before, I wonder if the producers intervened and set up the thing last night hoping to have it happen on the air. I'm fairly certain everyone involved knew what was going on when they entered the studio. Perhaps the producers encouraged the one from last season to sway him away from the one he liked in the first place. And I'm sure Melissa will be the next Bachelorette. I guess the thing that bothers me is that the producers are probably high-fiving each other for manufacturing so much drama.

He was already pimping out the son so my opinion of him was low to begin with.

I don't have a problem with him changing his mind on the girls. It happens in real life. He should just suck up and admit that he was caught up in the moment of the show and made a wrong choice instead of the wishy washy comments about following your heart blah blah blah.

Anyone who gets involved has to know that the show is more important than your hapiness and don't be suprised by the producer's machinations to get must see TV.

I'm figuring his screw-up was a New Zealand thing - everything is backwards down there, the seasons, the way the water drains. Elisabeth Hassleback was pretty damn funny on The View today discussing the show.
"This is not a good "After the Rose." They're engaged at 9:58, it's 10:04 and they're broken up."

Watching the Biggest Loser ... some of these people have lost 60 or 90 pounds. They don't even look like the same people.

It's friggin' amazing. I just hope they can stay with this new lifestyle.
