I won't be in Vegas until Sunday. So I'll miss the baseball. but I anticipate having an official place of gathering soon. Just have to wait until Vegas.com (or some other site) posts super bargain rates that far in advance.

How about we get an unofficial count on rooms needed? If you and fellow SportsJournalists.commers (for example, boom, spup, chris_l and zeke) are going to share a room let us know and perhaps I'll call down to sin city and ask for a special group rate at the Tahiti Village with Tanya Roberts.

I know right now there's at least one "girls room" and one "guys room" ... who's in them depends on who's going, but there will be at least one of each.

I'm still interested, but I'll likely have to be back East by April 1 to deal with the wonder that is spring sports. The vacation request is in... if I can get a cheap flight and a spot in the hopefully non-scuzzy room with the rest of the sportschicks!
