Get harsh? Dude, you asked for advice. We're all telling you to call her now. But instead, you want to play the sympathy card or something.

If you ask people for advice, then willingly ignore it, yes, we're going to get pissed. Why waste our time and yours?

Chill. He's 20. He's not 30. At the same age, I was just as naive and insecure.

Not saying you should agree with him, but put yourself in his shoes for a sec, too.

    Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit, guys.

Tell you what. I'm gonna talk it over with the close girl friend after work tonight. She's got more ears and eyes in the Greek system than anyone I know, so if she knows I have no shot, it was a random, drunk accident on her part, she'll tell me.

If she thinks I have a minute chance, I'll call her tomorrow.

I'm not trying to ignore advice or play any cards. Thanks for all the posts.

    Understood.

But at least say 'Maybe you guys are right. Thanks for weighing in.' Then do what you think is best. Don't pop on every page and say "I think I'll text" or "What do you think about leaving a message?" or "How about this scenario?"

Seriously, how can you not call a girl you fucked?

    This baffles me.

Ever wonder if your close girl friend might be trying to sabatoge things by saying mean things about her. Don't think we of the close girl friend type are above that kind of shit, CR. I speak from experience.

Especially if the close female friend a.) has a grudge against this broad for some reason or b.) the close female friend wants to nail you/nail you again.

Why wait and call a friend and talk about it? All talk talk talk talk. No more talk. Just do. Be like Nike and do it. It's not hard. Just do it.

How old are you, 12? :D

Talking is going to be awkward at first until you get to know each other better. But that's the whole point. Right?
