Just like guys can be slimy friends, so too can women. Doesn't mean that they are, but they can be.

Go with your gut instinct. If you like her, ask her out again on a date and if she rejects, move on. That's the best thing you can do.

Seriously, though, I didn't feel like going through this entire thread, but I'll say this: I rarely remember the girls who never called back or straight out rejected me. I remember almost all the ones I never called when I thought I should have.

Oh, and the thing on facebook about her being sad her phone wasn't working was her way of saying, "Why hasn't this motherfucker called me yet? Did I just not get the call because of this damn phone?"

After talking with a couple of female friends (who said texting was the preferred method of contact), our youngling CR opted to text the lovely lady in question and is breathlessly anticipating her reply.
