    I know I am pages behind on this, but this reminded me of something... This happened about 10 years ago, probably, but it stuck with me. I was walking down the street in Manhattan with this woman I used to see. This short, balding, kind of homely, overweight guy is walking toward us and he has the most beautiful woman on his arm. I turned to Jennifer and said, "How does that guy get that woman?" (most naive question I have ever asked). She didn't even answer; just started rubbing her fingers together, making the money gesture.
