Which police department took that photo?

I don't have the slightest idea who came up with it first, but I don't think I'll *ever* be able to see that logo without seeing Lisa Simpson.

Reminds me of a Soviet Union soccer team that barnstormed the USA in the mid 1980s, playing MISL teams. In Kansas City, they played the East Germany national anthem before the game. Oops.

What a totally surprising discovery of who posted this.

I would say the ultimate in censorship involves, I don't know, executing someone for their speech.

So, who get the torch honor? My money is on Daley Thompson running the last leg and handing it off to Roger Bannister to light.

The prop bets on the torch lighter were taken down after a ton of money poured in on Bannister.

And after a day of empty seats for women's soccer, the fans for South Korean men's team are rocking today.

    The Queen.

And no, I don't mean Elton John.

Not Steve Ovett. Not with Sebastian Coe running the Olympics.

A Royal isn't out of the question with Princess Anne being a former Olympian and her daughter competing this year.

Meanwhile the US names a flag-bearer for the Opening Ceremonies.

How much pressure must the British men's soccer team be feeling? Gotta be like the Canadian ice hockey team in Vancouver in 2010.
