    I would love to do K.C. Have heard good things about Kauffman, not-so-good about Busch III. And K.C. means good BBQ, right?

    I enjoyed my first foray into KC BBQ last summer at Jack Stack. Thought the burnt ends were killer.

    Mrs. Fly and Flyette, not quite so enthused about their ribs. Can't please everyone.
