    "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

    Are you implying that "the people" meant only soldiers?

    Especially a terrorist attack in Paris that was not made by refugees.

    You understand the difference, right? He posed as a refugee to get through Turkey's "porous" borders. He didn't apply for refugee status, like he would have to in the U.S. You can read about that process here.

    Refugees

    This is one of the steps:

    "If you receive a referral, you will receive help filling out your application and then be interviewed abroad by a USCIS officer who will determine whether you are eligible for refugee resettlement."

    We wouldn't be letting refugees in first and asking questions later.
