PS: YF, the only attacker identified so far by authorities was said to be a French national, known to the police which is likely how they were able to ID him.

 

Do we know what happened outside the stadium?

Were they stopped from getting in, and detonated suicide vests?

I've not heard anything for sure......the scenario you described seems to be the most likely.
