This is getting to some good stuff & arguments again & the finish is strong. Should be 2 or 3 more to go (working on it now).

This should provide some good info for stories - but I will let them speak for themselves.

Oh, and so far as I've seen, two of John's "scoops" were, "Mark and Jose weren't that close, at least not from what I saw," and in 1992 when he started training McGwire, "We did squats. Mark hadn't done squats in years because he had bad knees. There's a scoop for you!"

Can't believe I spent any time watching this.

Actual public information, or "public" information, as in this case?

All kinds of stories and series get written from public information.

However, you and your cadre have yet to provide an answer as to whether this information -- the information from the grand jury testimony -- was public once it was provided to the defense attorneys.
