I actually wanted to know if Villarreal was related to the Villarreal of the Braves.

    SERIOUS QUESTION ALERT

JDV, since McGwire is personally unwilling to talk about the past, how does he feel about you doing it? Does McGwire know you've done these videos and posted them to YouTube? Is he cool with it?

My bad, Mod. No he's not, as far as I know. But you can ask him. ;)

    JDV,

I'm going to put all the bullshit aside for a minute, because I do not take kindly to someone impugning my journalistic integrity.

What I post on this board is not my job. What I write here is not what I write in my newspaper. What I say here is not journalism, it's posting on a message board. And anyone who doesn't know the difference shouldn't speak on it.

My comment on the 2-4 weeks was a comment on a charge that was made against you, offering you a chance to rebut it. However, all you come back with is "Um, we worked out in the same room a lot and once you know the basics you can do a lot on your own, but I was definitely working with him." I, as was mentioned by jgmacg, would just like a timeline of when you worked with McGwire. You were quick in part 1 to point out the holes in Jose Canseco's timeline...now I'd like you to explain yours.

And, as a point, "scoops" are important bits of information that are not widely known. Not your rambling take on how other people cover things. Until you get an actual "scoop," I'd stop using that word.

Thank you for your time, and I'd appreciate a reasoned response.

    Agreed, same here.

I am not going to play this game either. I mean Rokski asked me to get a copy of SG's libel and answer it point-by-point but why bother its all lies anyway and will further waste all our our time.

SG still owes me a good deal of money I may need to collect on along with additional damages.

Here is the bottom line - I have told the truth on all of my credentials and everything else to the best of my knowledge/recollection.

Anyone that has a question on those facts I can provide the proof - simple.

All of this will be up on my website INCLUDING a signed endorsement (if I am not too embarrassed by associating with him) by SG. Every detail, every award & accolade, all my credentials & championships, articles, etc. I mean come on I use my real name to post, give facts and refs - the last thing anyone can accuse me of is "hiding the ball" or being deceitful.

Look, I may not be famous - but I am pretty easy to find (especially simple things like me being a lawyer, or past articles, etc.)

Conversely, any of you can go look up special guest and see what a "great hitter" he was at the U of M (0.168 I believe?), or talk to his coaches and find out what they think of him - should be illuminating.

Anyway, yeah this was silly but I am moving on - I feel bad for special guest - I really do.

He blew a great opportunity at a top program & he will have to live with that.

I honestly don't get him - nor do I care to.

Hey SG - videos are NOT coming down.

If you have a problem with that...uh TOO BAD, grow the F up and accept some responsibility & stop blaming others. Its always some else fault right (you know the coach, the writers, the weather, the trainers, etc, etc)?

How do you ever expect to make it in the big leagues (of anything) you will get bad press, you will get heat & pressure, you will make mistakes WE ALL DO!

Jesus, how do you think Mark feels you clown! How dare you even talk about me or him!!?? You couldn't take a fraction of the heat I take every day & I can't even imagine what Mark goes through, or what he has to say to his kids every day!

Live with it and move on. The more I think about this the more I am so disappointed and disgusted by this weakness and this "American Idol" type of attitude. Kids today all think they are stars and want it right now...yet very few want to work for it & when reality hits them...well it is someone else fault.

Also if I know SG - he likely had someone write that for him - so keep that in mind. From my observation he has parents that are very "involved" in his baseball career, etc.

Yeah, your just a kid & I feel bad for having to say this much (even though I could say SO much more) but sometimes kids do serious things like this and must face the music.

I am done with this subject - pure buffoonery.

Even I am "McGwired" out I want to talk about other stuff like football, etc.

    Hey Mod,

    No not me.

Perhaps a relative - but not one that we know well. I can't pitch to save my life but I can hit pretty well for your average dude

Not related. But I trained him before last season. And I'm the reason his ERA dropped several points, whatever.

OK. I can't remember exactly how much I trained him. But he went to the gym. I went to to the gym. And we were both in the United States, whatever.
