And I'm sorry about one thing. The word you used to describe McNabb was choker, not loser. I do get lazy about double-checking those things on here. Comes from having to have my stuff right all the time when I'm actually working.

I never said that McGwire needed performance enhancers. But if he used them, they did help and that was cheating. The fact that he had other viable options to attain the same result is irrelevant. But honestly, that's mostly what I see here. A lot of irrelevant bullshit.

And taking the 5th may be legal option, it sure as hell makes a person look guilty. Just like no comment actually says a lot sometime. But JVD wouldn't get that because he doesn't understand what we are and what we do nor does he respect us.

Funny thing is, while I find these threads ridiculous and JVD still hasn't delivered any real information or scoops, I actually agree that McGwire should be judged on his accomplishments on the field when it comes to the Hall of Fame, not unproven allegations (even though I believe they are true).

Here's the deal. JDV has discussed the Tim Brown LAT piece. Go read it. Google it. Unless you think Tim Brown is a fool and was duped and didn't do his background work. There's your evidence.

Here's a bit more evidence for you: Mark attended my father's funeral in 1994, and one of his brothers was a pall bearer. Mark was dignified, and we loved having his brother as a pall bearer.

You want to take shots, take shots. No problem. But cut the crap. Don't even dream of taking a run at my brother's credibility. That's not happening.

Rokski ... appreciate your loyalty to your brother. It's honorable, and I have no reason to suspect that he isn't the same.

But his credibility has to be questioned. Sorry, it just has to. He's offered no evidence whatsoever that he's credible.

It's a series of claims that he doesn't support on a bunch of hasty video clips that don't get to the point.

This isn't an attack on your brother -- it's an attack on his evidence. He talks and talks and talks ... but he hasn't said anything yet.

 

JDV just told me the link to LAT has been removed due to its age. However, he is holding a copy of the article/newspaper in his first video, from times 1:15 - 1:38. The camera zooms to the article and it can clearly be read. I was with JDV when he talked with Tim Brown, and I remember Brown telling us that he would have to do a background check to prove JDV was who he said he was. He did, and he ran his quote. The story is from the LAT, Feb. 11, 2005 D-10. John's quote is located on the bottom center of the page. That's all I can do for you here, I'm sorry.

instincts. I can't fault your conclusions, though I don't
agree with them. Jcm, if you are legitimate in your
questioning of my brother's credibility, I take back my
biting remarks.

If there is still this doubt about my brother's credentials, I'm not sure what the best solution is. Perhaps video shots of pictures with Mark and the posting of his lawyer's license number? John's youtube site has a video of the first of his three national championships, so you can see it yourself. His other championships can easily be looked up, I'm sure. When I have the time, I'll post the links to this stuff.

I don't shill for my brother. I'm not in that game. Your conclusions about my brother's posts is fine. Doubting his credibility isn't, because it has been discussed throughout this thread and various people who googled, etc. have given credence to various parts of his background. I've spent the whole f'ing day putting out the fire created by the special guest's post here last night. No more justifications or establishment of credentials today. If you want some, please do some homework.

The Tim Brown reference should suffice. Look up the article. That's all I can tell you right now.
