I see you have deleted you post, jgm, and wisely so. Because that was the K right there. That was 0 for 3.

It is refered to as the "law of gravity," but it is also correctly called a "theory." They are not mutually exclusive, as is seemingly your knowledge and the correct understanding of a physics textbook. At least they are not mutually exclusive in the realm of physics-speak.

Not my language, theirs. I'm sorry it doesn't meet the jgm standard of approval. Please see your nearest physicist and take it up with him or her, and not me. Thanks.

    Continued from previous post

8.) I was at home waiting for the girl I am dating to come over and SG knocked on my door unannounced (to be specific I was on the phone with Rokski and about to take an Epsom salt bath - so Rok heard the whole thing.

9.) I have no idea why SG came over - ostensibly to have me help him train & be his agent or something. Typically people want something from me - you know how it works. Anyway, I told him what I was doing when he asked what I have been up to & he wanted to be in the vid as explained & wanted to shoot it ASAP - Rok heard the whole thing.

10.) The rest is self explanatory. I will leave you with a few things

a.) My CA bar license number is 197555. I am not trying to be a jerk - but for a solid reporter that is like one of the easiest things to look up.

(side note: I love the way other posters who know I am a lawyer (worked at Wilson Sonsini, etc. have "flooded" the post to correct this SIMPLE but significant "question" being that they are all concerned about the facts & credibility - lol)

b.) Earlier in this thread (or I guess the other thread) there were several links to other stuff I did (G4 TV etc.) that had stuff about Mark and I.

    http://www.g4tv.com/techtvvault/features/2388/Team_GTV__John.html

c.) When Tim interviewed me he checked out many of my championships, background, etc. as well as talked to Mark's people who talked to Mark and said I was legit. Are you saying HE is not credible? Although, what Tim told me is "with the level of detail you have about Mark and his life (time line, dates, specifics, etc.) (as I prepared a LONG doc for him)) I don't see how you couldn't be real" So, there you go. Honestly, fair questions are fair questions but when you keep coming like this at some point you only make yourself look bad & I know where this road ends.

d.) Here is the World Championships I won third at (note: results are in Kilograms)

    http://www.worldpowerliftingcongress.com/new_page_5.htm

You have already seen the vids of me winning my first National Championship at 19 years old here:

and in part 1 you can see the hundreds of tapes of my radio and tv shows and my dozens of trophies & medals. What else do you want?

I have tapes of Mark going on KNBR (Ralph Barbeiri) with me talking about the training & KNEW (Vernon Glen) do you want me to upload that? I have the ads we did, pictures, tapes of Mark coming on MY sports radio show on KHTK 1140 AM in Sacramento (along with Giambi) talking about training and going out with me, etc. & doing a promotional tag for my show.

I have Mark's batting gloves from the A's and special MLB shirts he gave me and stuff from spring training. I can tell you each and every car he had for years. I can tell you exactly how big his fishtank was in his house he built (and the fish he had in it), the address and the exact layout and size of the house, I can tell you where Mark kept his WS ring. I can tell you who all his family is, his biz manager, his agent, and his friends are. I can tell you where we worked out, where we ate, & where we went out, etc., etc., etc., etc. Not that I am going to air that stuff here but I am just saying.

I already mentioned that he came to my Dad's funeral in 1994 and his brother was a Pall Bearer with me. What else do you need? Dude, just stop - this is sad.

Look, again it will all be up on my website soon. I don't have time to prove every single thing to every person every day. Again, as I have said if I do an interview with someone I can deliver all the goods and proof easily.

Have a great night I have to go eat dinner with my girl.

And look, again - I am moving on to new topics. I have said my piece on this for some time.

    Thanks again,

    John

So you really don't recognize your own quotes? That explains a lot.

I've been busy this weekend, so count me among the late viewers of this unforgettable train wreck. This fact vs. opinion tangent is missing the point: Being credible (and that seems to be a big if here) doesn't mean someone knows the truth about something, even if it's related. So all the huffing and puffing about credentials and records can't change that.

Rokski - I am sure all of us have people in our families that deserve to be questioned, but the difference is your brother is on a message board inciting a 21 page thread about God knows what. So, he is going to get made fun of and attacked where as no one in my family would ever come near this site and profess their love of Mark McGwire and make YouTube videos trying to convince us all.

This thread went from hilarious to insane in two short days.

Maybe the SG was really his "date" for the night.

Another voice of reason - soon to be stilled, no doubt, by the JDV/RokSki tag team. They'll brook no dissenting opinions on their opinions of the facts. Editude, if you wanna go a few rounds in the debate cage with these fellas, I hope you've got a pot of strong coffee handy. Or a shank.

I'm off to consult a physicist to see if I got any crazy on me.
