By the way, if JDV claims to have only trained with Mac for four weeks, this may be true. In the off-season, most elite athletes should train through a heavy-lifting (hypertrophy) phase for approximately this amount of train.
However, if JDV's experience and credentials lie only in power lifting, then that is the extent to which he could have helped Mac. And if he taught Mac to train this way throughout the year, including during the season, it would be irresponsible.
Throught the season, baseball players have to train for recovery and rehab, focusing more on endurance rather than power.

It really bugs me when people preach their self-worth based on what they drive and who they date. BMWs and Raiderettes don't impress me. Girls? Anyone else?

Let ME review where we are at here:

1.) I came here to announce that I would be doing this in-depth discussion on You Tube

2.) In doing so I broke some good new ground and covered a LOT of area in depth & offered to go FAR deeper to good J's that want to cover the topic fairly.

3.) I never wanted this thread to be this long at all. Just wanted to post (for Rok) and do the video.

4.) I was attacked, and attacked, and attacked - yes attacked. Its all there in both threads I am not going to repeat here. Actually, just pick almost any page of the thread - sheesh.

5.) When I defended myself and proved I was the real deal (many many times) - well then I was bragging (how convenient is that)

6.) Then SG comes on here and pulls his stuff and is readily handled CONCLUSIVELY and we STILL have ANGOLA citing his FALSE garbage TODAY - WTF!!!???

7.) As has been established CLEARLY and admitted by your post I am the real deal, EXACTLY as described (actually probably even more than described) and yet none of the "doubters" or "questioners" or...err "fact checkers" ever said "Hey sorry I was wrong" or "yeah this guy is real" or ANYTHING LIKE THAT - NOT ONE that I have seen. Yet, you want me and all of America to think you are here to "get the facts" and treat stories fairly? What???

Newsflash - you are not hurting me - your hurting yourself

Here is where it gets REALLY good

You question me and slam me for being "not real", "a fake or fraud", "bad speller", "not credible", etc. as compared to how serious and professional some of you that are still giving me cra@ are (the rest of you are fine & many we have had a good discussion on this topic & I appreciate the chance to air my views)

Yet what about these facts:

1.) Many of you proved you can't even work You Tube when kids can and it is NOT confusing

2.) Almost all of you admit to NOT watching the videos yet proclaim they contain no info, etc.

3.) Many of you have not been able to spell my name right (WHEN ITS ON MY POSTS) yet slam me for grammer (when I have admitted it is not the best and I don't care on a message board)

4.) This thread is FILLED with ppl questioning my credibility when it has been clearly established MANY MANY MANY times in this thread, in the videos, by Rok, by the links I have posted REPEATEDLY, hell even by SG!! and yet you want me to keep jumping through the "next hoop" without delay and complaint (each time some of you secretly (err not so secretly) hoping I fail) - WTF??

5.) To that end the VIDEO of me winning my first nationals in up with my other videos on You Tube - yet only IAJG seemed to notice THAT - oh lord (I don't think many of my critics on this board are winning any Pulitzers, Emmys, or Peabody's soon).

6.) Moreover, most of this stuff on me was so easy to research (law license, Tim Brown piece, contests, other articles, etc.) that a good reporter would have very easily done that so that I did not have to jump through rediculous additional hops every day & then tell the board I was legit (but no why stop the baseless attacks...they are funny right?).

7.) Then the critics got the break of all breaks - SG "turns" on me (he now says he didn't yet Angola and others that saw the infamous mystery thread & say he did). I believe he did and realized he was in hot water that ran REAL deep and had nowhere to go. I can't say for sure, but either way its immaterial.

The bottom line with SG is his "attacks" on me concerning Mark &/or this story were DESTROYED UTTERLY - by me, by Rok, by the facts, by logic, hell EVEN BY HIMSELF when he posted here several times yesterday!!!

How many here GLEEFULLY followed that train STRAIGHT OF THE CLIFF!!?? Answer - many (some are still at the bottom of that cliff). Why? not because it made any sense or was credible but because THAT IS WHAT YOU WANTED TO BELIEVE!

You know to take me down a notch (or ten) and to prove only your clique has any info. The rest of us in the world are just props for you right?

(Moreover, you DON'T EVEN want to see the email he sent Rok that will clown the doubters of me here that hold up SG as some kind of "deep throat" - which basically backs up what I have been saying about all that)

So, yeah Angola, et al - keep riding that train bc it STILL leads off a cliff.

Again, I HAVE all the docs and proof - I have nothing to fear & I have offered very solid proof

So, how many are now willing to admit they were wrong about trashing my credibility and own up to it?

That would be correct thing if the critics have solid journalistic integrity and ethics.

Heck its the right thing to do for any decent person & it is what I am Rok have done on this board when we are wrong - you man (or lady) up!

Sure sure, you can make fun of me with your Wheaties boxes all day - heck I even laugh.

But how many who trashed my credibility on this issue (either in open posts or PM's to Rok or both) are ready to come clean and admit they were wrong?

I am sure it will be a cacophony of crickets

No, I am sure many will keep pushing the lies and innuendo as it suits their agenda to discredit me so they don't have to admit they are wrong. But, again I have the proof (as has been clearly established & I have a LOT more where that came from) so if you want to double down on that bet be my guest!

And you wonder why Rok and I are upset???

Heck, how many on this board MELT DOWN when anyone questions anything about what they say and write (as has been shown in this thread)

Alright, I am having a good day and have lots of work to do so I am not going to be upset today and won't go back and forth on this. I have said my piece and its clear.

However, if some want to apologize & or support what I have done & tried to say here for Mark, the game, & sports well then Rok & I would appreciate it and will respond to that.

For my part I would like to thank the Moderator for giving me and chance to air this story and my opinions and being fair about it. Further, I would like to thank all of you for your time and consideration. I do not seek a "pissing contest" or to put anybody down but honestly seek to deliver info & join the debate.

I would encourage you to watch my videos on Mark there is great stuff in there (if you are pressed for time just watch #9 & #10). Although, IAJG had a great idea which is to play all & just have sound in background as you do your work if you are able to do that - sounds like the most efficient way to me.

I may chime in on other subjects later in the day.

To the best of my knowledge, no real scoops have been materialized via this thread, SCEditor.

 

Which is why you checked in with two more Easterbrook-esque posts, whatever.
