Yeah my 10 or so years of training and research mean nothing because I didn't work with JDV. Look, most people who train for elite athletics know that powerlifting is not the way to go. That's just basic shit.

Look, Flash asked a serious question in a polite way. I gave a serious answer that detailed some inside training knowledge in a polite way.

Flash asked my permission to show it to her freind that also trains elite athletes. I see a conflict there that could hurt me (& my hard built IP) & politely asked her to hold off on showing that, which I think is reasonable.

Look, as Indian has pointed out & I said before you can't have it both ways - demanding I prove everything and disclose all my IP to "establish my credibility" yet then not respect that confidentiality when I share some of that.

That is unfair & unjust.

How hard is that to understand?

I mean seriously, after everything I have said and produced if you don't think I am the real deal or credible I can't help you.

OK, I won't share it with him. I'll just tell him about this site and this great thread and he can read it himself. Frankly, I don't see where you've shared any of your training methods. I have learned nothing from you on your perspective of training. You've only told me you don't think research and education are worth a damn. And that smacks of arrogance and a lack of breadth of knowledge. I would no sooner have someone like that train my son or daughter than I would have Barry Bonds stick a needle straight in their asses.

I will repeat: JDV is liable to be disbarred, and thus lose his livelihood, if he knowingly makes false statements. SG has no such constraints. None. And, apparently, neither do the posters on this board, which permits them to write the horsecrap Angola wrote here. Cut your crap, Angola.
