    What makes it a story is the name "Summitt." It's on billboards and streets all over the state, and the basketball court at UT. Whether she would change her name is news.

    And yes, I do consider it a scoop. I don't think it's worth a big feature, but it is news, and the first one to get the news gets credit for a scoop.
