Those bootlegs were limited I think. Had to order early. Good disc though. ;D

Saw PJ at the Q in Cleveland the other night. Arena was pretty much full. About the third-best show out of the six or seven times I've seen them. Opened with Betterman of all songs. Pulled out chestnuts such as Lukin, Fuckin Up, Why Go, Spin The Black Circle and ... DON'T GIVE ME NO LIP!

Never thought I'd live to see that day to see that live.

I can live without ever hearing "Thumbing My Way" in concert again, but a dandy show, overall.

Yeah, they're selling MP3s through the band's Web site...think they're supposed to go on sale 48 hours after each show.

Just saw that Bubba Fett clued me into this Web site -- https://bootlegs2.pearljam.com/ -- on the music thread. I'm so out of touch.

I have a dumb newbie question....how can I get a bootleg of the 2003 New Orleans show or some of the other legendary gigs like those mentioned earlier in this thread? I've got a "Ten" era bootleg with a great version of "Deep" on it and a few of the official bootlegs from 2000 and 2003. Reading these posts really make me want to seek out some of those old shows.

Off the top of my head, I'd say the Amazon-eBay quinella.

You can acutally buy a lot of them at retail stores, but I don't know exactly which ones. If you go to that bootleg site, I know there is a Vault section where you might find some other old shows.

I went to see them in Chicago last week and it was available for sale the next morning. Great show.

Horrible lede to the PD's review of the Cleveland show:

"Most of us will always associate Pearl Jam with its early '90s video for "Even-Flow," in which frontman Eddie Vedder stage-dives from an imposing ledge into the crowd. But the band that performed Saturday was not that Pearl Jam."

I know I'm a big fan of the band, but I can think of 300 things I associate PJ with before I do the video of Even Flow.

They posted their video for "Life Wasted" and it is FUCKED UP.

Looks like something Perfect Circle/Tool would do, not PJ.

    Man, it's weird.
