If I am Schultz, Curley and Spanier, I would be very unhappy with this development. VERY unhappy. Could all the information that has come forward in Penn State's court battle with their insurance company now be used against the three of them?

I thought this one about the case in '76 said the kid told only Paterno and there's no indication it went higher or was documented.

I get your point, but the media deference to Paterno was part of the problematic culture in State College.

This latest news probably won't help book sales.

Oh good. Time to check Scott Paterno's Twitter feed again. Should be better than last night.

Hmm. So, fighting an insurance company over 60 million is completely backfiring. PSU should have eaten it, but instead went for the money and are reaping the whirlwind of a whole new round of negative publicity. Serves them right. Who is running that place?

    Roughly a half-century of imperiousness.
