Not a surprising comment from somebody whose "friend" thought Sandusky's crime wasn't that big of a deal.

I said nothing about past students at Penn State. Please stop making things up in a failed attempt to justify your foolishness.

I think the NCAA was very well aware the "PSU community" was not going to be happy with the sanctions -- in fact, that was essentially the point.

I agree... The NCAA should have executed Penn State.

They fully expected that Jerry Sandusky would be sentenced, then all the headlines and talk shows would turn to training camp and the season opener, where a moment of silence would be observed for the victims of "tragedies perpetrated on the soul of this outstanding college community." There, we feel better. Go Lions!....wait, the defense sucks now.....damn Sandusky...(hello? yeah, meeting of the "board" tomorrow.. a work release program for Sandusky? Well, you know he would be serving the state..yeah...that defense needs something..)

New explosive child sexual abuse charges against Jerry Sandusky and Penn State are being investigated by federal law enforcement officials, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Both the FBI and a criminal investigative division of the United States Postal Service are looking into the possible existence of a pedophile ring that involved Sandusky sharing boys with other men connected to Penn State.

“The new investigation is also looking at if boys from the Second Mile charity were shared by Sandusky with other men,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “The name of at least one very rich and powerful man connected to the university has come up in this new investigation.”

This should turn out well for the Board of Trustees. Take that vote! Mount the resistance!

They did, and the feds are apparently now going to do to Penn State what Frank Vincent and his cronies did to Joe Pesci and his brother at the end of Casino.

    Boom goes the dynamite.

Long way to go to determine if these new charges are valid. But it would explain so much about this cover-up. If it was just Sandusky, they would have thrown him under the bus immediately. But they didn't. Why?

Because "protecting the football program" might all of a sudden become "protecting multiple state and university leaders, and donors, from life in prison." Which is a lot more plausible.

If this is true, I no longer think a link to Ray Gricar's disappearance/presumed death is the stuff of tinfoil hats.

    Sad but not surprising.

I wonder if Mark's "friend" would consider this a big deal.
