I get the feeling that past players (and coaches) know a bit more than they are letting on, but are burying it out of loyalty or maybe fear. Anyone who comes out and says "Hey, I had a hunch something was going on, but I could not bring myself to do anything about it at the time" is going to risk facing some personal and economic harm. Someone who blatantly spills the beans and states something they specifically saw is probably in an even worse position.

Even with legal immunity, a witness to some awful crime is going to face some harsh consequences. It's going to take one crazy dude who maybe has a big ax to grind to perhaps flesh out the rest of the story.

 

Just to be clear, I don't think that ex-players knew about a Pedo ring. I just think that seeing Sandusky always having kids around him, especially in the shower, had to trigger rumors and speculation.

This indeed could be shockingly huge IF true, but perhaps we should wait to see it from a source a tad more credible than one tabloidy gossip site before getting too carried away with it here.

It's incredible how far some on this board took a scoop from a site that currently has "Dog saves puppies from fire -- the pics you have to see" and "Bobbie Kristina flaunts her controversial romance with Nick Gordon" on its front page.

 

There's Google in my neck of the woods and no legit news organization is reporting any connection to Penn State or the "sharing of boys."

Even the Radar Online report goes nowhere near the places you people took it.

They could be following up just on the sharing and possession of child porn. If they have any sense, they are at least investigating a child sex ring as well, but it sounds like the only solid leads they have to follow right now are the sharing of child porn.
