2. The RCC certainly seems to be the one religious body making the most consistent efforts to minimize and cover up the problem for the benefit of the perps as opposed to the safety of the victims.

I would guess most of my forebears in such situations would go after the perps with battle axes, shotguns and anything they could get their hands on.
