My friend who owns a small restaurant just had a woman come in for lunch with a chihuahua ... Claimed it was a service animal ... for allergies.

 

A miniature, yappy dog in her womb?
That sounds incredibly uncomfortable.

 

Maybe this is intended as synecdoche?

 

I can like a dog, my brother's is very sweet and friendly (and quiet), but generally I find them very annoying. I don't like finding dog shit in my yard or listening to dogs in the neighborhood bark nonstop for an hour. Their increased presence in the cabins of airplanes is particularly disturbing to me. I know most of the time it's a shitty owner, not a shitty dog.

It's all part of what I see more and more, that a lot of people really don't seem to care or even consider how their actions affect the people around them.
