So Jenner, driving like a madman, rear ends someone to cause a wreck that kills them, then says the paparazzi made him do it.
Yeeeeahhhhh, I'm gonna want some confirmation on that one. Not saying it's not plausible, but it's also got a strong aroma of "cover your ass" to it.

 

I don't see any reason to question it. He certainly is big tabloid fodder at the moment, and judging by the wealth of photos/video TMZ has, looks like they got there pretty quickly.
