    The above reminded me...

    I love being in the car with my 17-year-old daughter, trading (SiriusXM) radio stations, and when we hit on a song I used to shoot baskets to in my driveway, hearing her say, "That's a bop."

    Most recent was stumbling onto "Walking on Sunshine."

    She isn't wrong. Hearing it again, that song just goes.

    Hadn't heard that song in 20+ years but still remember the line: "You burned me up like a chicken in a bar-buh-cue ..."

    Like NC, I remember sitting in a bar and hearing this for the first time and immediately dropping everything to find out what this was and who was singing. As one might suspect, it was more of a whiskey-drinking night than a beer-drinking, hell-raising one. But damn, this is one powerful song.
