And beyond that, boots, the moonwalk was never even nominated for an Academy Award.

Neither was Capricorn One, by the way, which seems to be your source of information.

Don't get me started. I work with a woman who took Italian in college. She pronounces any Spanish word or name, LOUDLY and affectedly, using Italian pronunciation rules. Fortunately for her, I'm not a violent person.

I do not think boots was serious.

  5. Is he ever? His entire persona on here is a running joke at the expense of SportsJournalists.commers who buy into his bullshit.

If an astronut can wear a diaper big enough to hold her No. 1 and No. 2 for 900 miles so she can go beat the crap out of another astronaut who's macking on her astronaut lover, then man can walk on the moon.

    Hold on a sec.

I'm willing to believe that the moonwalk was fake.

But I refuse to believe that boots is anything but legit.

J_D, I'm with you. Like the blue font for sarcasm (which I opposed, by the way), FOCKS NOOSE ought to become the official spelling on SportsJournalists.com.

I think anybody that has a habit of something they say all the time and very loud because they think it is amusing qualifies as grounds for violence.

I work with a woman who calls out a co-worker's name LOUDLY the first time she sees him every day. I'm truly amazed that I haven't smacked her silly.

I remember the moonwalk very well. I was excited in 1969 just like many other Amerikkkans. However, I also recall how difficult it was to broadcast a World Series game and that was done on Earth. The picture of Neil and Buzz walking was so clear.
I remember the flag standing straight out. As far as I know, there is no wind on the moon.
I'm not saying that we haven't been to the moon. I believe we have. I just don't think it was done on 7/20/69.
