    It wouldn't stun me.

    I know someone said this early on in this thread, but Tommy Tuberville to Arkansas would be the funniest thing ever.

    Butch Davis has been mentioned a lot, but I think he has way too much baggage. Malzahn? I don't know... They might not have a choice. They could go the Notre Dame route and hire a black coach to distract from the scandal.

    I love high-profile coaching searches that take place about 2-3 months after most coaching searches are done.

    True, but I get the sense that Petrino may be regarded as higher on the douche scale than your typical coach.

    I would call Mike Bellotti- available with proven track record.

    I would think you would need some southern ties. Bellotti has never coached east of Utah.
