No, she won't. This was not a tenure track position. These types positions are let go on a year to year basis all the time. If Petrino went 3-9 and got fired for losing, would the new coach be obligated to keep her? That's why they will pay her the sum total of her one year salary, and nothing else, in exchange for a gag order and covenant for both sides not to sue each other. (the candidates who should have been hired have a cause of action against the University, which in turn would bring Ms. Dorrell in as a third party defendant. Arkansas indemnifying her against that will be part of the consideration for the deal).

I've been confused by the tone of Travis' tweet ever since he sent it. Was he simply being an off-the-cuff Twitter wiseass or was he being an actual reporter with a legit source telling him those pics of the Lil' Jobhopper are forthcoming?
