This is going to be fun to watch...

21-5 can buy a lot of forgiveness, especially down south.

    Should be be fired? Absofuckinglutely.

Will he be? At a time when it will be damn near impossible to hire a decent replacement.

This will be fun to watch.

Not even I am cruel enough to wish that on the Hogs.

Why would Shula want to be head coach at Arkansas? He's already got the hot blonde.

Petrino is like Pinnochio, only I don't think it's his nose that's growing when he lies.

As a Texas Tech fan, I am highly in favor of this.

Has there ever been a guy so willing to burn bridges?

Hell, Petrino doesn't just burn them, he torches them then slides through the ashes on his Harley.

I'll be curious how sympathetic the fan base is.

Long is stuck and has only himself to blame. He hired Petrino, knowing what a worthless piece of shit he is. Now, if he keeps Petrino he loses all credibility within the department. If he fires Petrino and the replacement doesn't win, Long's out of a job.

Arkansas is no different from any other SEC fan base. If Petrino stays and wins, all will be forgiven.

If Long shows the sack to do the right thing, and fast, he'll be my favorite AD ever. I'll find a way to hire him for something.

Dennis Dodd says Petrino can't survive this:
