When did he give her the $20K? Wasn't she 'promoted' from the foundation to the 'athletic staff' very recently (like in the last 45 days or so). If he gave her the $20K before her 'promotion' would Rule 11.3.2.2 even apply in this case?

wow, i need to pedal faster, misread what tigervols posted. but i think it would be better if she was busted and tried to cover up by saying Petrino groped her and she f'd him up.
