A high of 88 after it rained is why I can’t live in the Midwest or South.

Here what it rains, temps usually drop below the 70s. Then again, we rarely get rain in the summer and if we do, we panic about lightning starting a fire.

It was in the mid-90's this morning. Big line of thunderstorms came through. 77 outside now at 8pm.

We won't talk about the humidity. There's no point, it's ever present.

Big fucking storms firing up in Oklahoma. Supposedly moderate rain where I'm sitting according to radar, but not a drop hitting the ground yet.

It was 20 degrees cooler than the day before! It was glorious.

That said, it’s raining again this morning. Enough of that bullshit.

There wasn't a tornado on Cape Cod for a century. We're now having our third in five years. Perhaps I should have posted this on the climate change thread.

We'll take it if you don't want it. It hasn't rained here in a month, other than maybe an hour's worth of thunderstorms a couple of weeks ago.

My daughter-in-law's family lives there. Brother-in-law lost his house. Everyone safe as of now.

Whew! Glad I didn’t accept the job offer in 2006.

Former co-worker of mine lives there. Just horrible.

A SoCal high school team was supposed to play two games over there and just canceled the trip.

Love to see storm chasers gassing up in my town for a storm track. Potential for supercells tonight across eastern Oklahoma and all of Arkansas. In August.
