Ice, ice baby. And a little bit of snow so far.

Got an inch or two of snow that’s just going to sit on top of the ice for a day or two.

Like Mrs. t_b_f, it looks like we'll get somewhere between 5 and 8 inches tonight. Since it's beginning around midnight and lasting through Monday, I'd assume that impacts us through Tuesday and into Wednesday.

We're to see no more than three inches tomorrow. Which is three inches more than I care to deal with.

I don’t even own a snow shovel. And I’m not about to buy one. I’ve used one twice in the past six years when we got three inches or so.

About four inches overnight, already changed over to freezing rain. Disgusting. More snow expected tonight. Supposed to go to the office tomorrow but if it's an ice rink, I'm not chancing it. Richmonders can barely drive in clear daylight, much less icy conditions.

It was a dud for us. The snow sat along I-70 and we only are getting four inches after foot-deep scenarios.

Nothing like a snowstorm to figure out guys don't know the difference between four and 10 inches.

Well, we got more than a scattering of snow. I’m going to wait for it to melt on its own. I’m not caving to the Snow Shovel Industrial Complex!

I remember the Dec. 1973 blizzard that completely shut down Richmond for several days. Even had some exams canceled or postponed.

Nine inches for us over two days.

I can feel it in my back and arms ... even splitting up the shoveling as it came down.
