"Promises" by Basia. My GF in law school (24 yrs ag) loved her and this music brings back memories. Wrestling with how to deal with that, anyone else confront this?

    "Hyperdrive" -- Jefferson Starship

An often-overlooked song from a strong early Jefferson Startship album (Dragonfly) ... before the dark days of Mickey Thomas and synths.

    "Space Dog" -- Tori Amos

(actually, I'm listening to her entire album from 1994, "Under the Pink." She's ... a unique artist, to be sure)

I think we all have, at some point in time.

One song reminds me of a certain ex of mine, and it never fails that memories -- good and bad -- from that relationship flood my mind.

    "Poem 58" — Chicago

It's the last track on side 2 of the CTA album. Starts off with a blistering, four-plus minute jam before there are any lyrics sung.

There's not a bad song on this album, folks.

I'll Be There For You - Bon Jovi

A live version taken from a live show at MSG, Jon lets Richie Sambora sing and he kills it.
