    Threw my name in for consideration and Mike responded to let me know he got my stuff. That never happens. If that's not a sign of a decent guy to work for - I don't know what is.

    Did some freelance work for the paper when Auburn basketball played near Chicago a few years back. Mike was very easy to deal with over those two days and seemed like a stand-up guy. The staff was also very organized near deadline, which is a testiment to Mike.
