    Why should anybody obey any laws? What is left of our system of law and order? Doesn't seem like a whole hell of a lot to me.

    Pretty much this is exactly what I expected to happen. By the time I could vote in a primary it was down to Biden or Bernie, and no fucking way was Bernie winning a general election. So I voted for Biden knowing that he was too much of a milquetoast institutionalist to pull off the big actions needed to save America and that it was just delaying the utter collapse by four years at best. I think I need to remind myself of that and just enjoy the next three years before the collapse.

    I can't hit like on that but in great part I agree. I can't think of anyone on the Dem's bench that has the charisma, strength of character, and the spine to avert the coming train wreck.
