Look I'm all for calling out all of the traitors but the separation of powers system has been in place for over 220 yrs, and its never meant that the number of senators had to represent the pro-rata members of citizens, only states. That was to keep the majority from simply overrunning the smaller states. Somehow, some way, we've got to get past gridlock and start making progress with the system in place.

Look around the past 20? 50? yrs, change is exciting until you realize the ramifications and see all that you lost.

How is McAuliffe, a successful former governor, tied in this race?

Someone has to explain this to me, and it goes beyond Virginians unhappy about Biden.

This isn't 2009, he should be winning by 5 points.

I catch Virginia campaign ads in my area on local radio and TV every day. The R ads are 100% "McAuliffe wants to defund the police!"

Biden didn't make everything all better by July 4, so many Democrats aren't going to show up.

I wouldn’t worry too much about that Monmouth poll. My understanding is McAuliffe leads in like 18 of 21 polls. Horse race and all that.

One thing she never mentioned: love. Too much hate is out there.
