    There's no effective way to debate a lie except to tell people that's what it is. What are Democrats supposed to do, say, we know you're afraid of something that doesn't exist, and we'll do our best to make sure it continues not to exist? That's stupider than the original lie. If a voter would rather believe a lie than the truth, then that's on them. They're a shitty citizen and the problem is inside them.
