Given what I do for a living, I’m following this one very closely. My guess is that this SC will rule against OSHA.

 

For what? Saving the planet? If we presume we're on a ticking clock of ten years or something, I'd say it's almost exclusively a consumption-side solution. That wouldn't be popular, and rich people would just do whatever the hell they wanted anyway.

If we're not on said clock, I think nuclear needs to be on the table with modest increases in wind and solar - probably more solar than wind, I'd guess.
