I'd say yes. Considering that conservative talk radio has portrayed the Democrats as a party of crypto-Communists and later crypto-Jihadists, the revelation that their leaders and most of the other people they resent for being more interesting and popular than them are active participants in a pedophilic cannibalistic cabal o' evil is the ultimate culmination and vindication of that worldview. All QAnon did was color in some of their fantasies.

I think a lot of Q people can’t deal with the amount of information which they consume on social media and/or are unhappy with their life. They are looking for an organizing structure which explains everything and blames others. Once you go down the rabbit hole, you don’t notice how far down you have gone.

 

A certain number of crazy people have always existed. The "admiralty flag has gold fringe so this isn't a real court" types, the lizard-people types. The internet and QAnon just lets them rally together.
