Did she? Probably not

Does her mileage report create a document of her travels that probably won’t match her campaigning but will create questions about why she was somewhere on a certain day? Absolutely.

 

It wasn't an expense thing, but an outside salesman where I worked got a ticket on his company car for being parked facing the wrong way in front of his house. He didn't pay it, and since it was a company car they were billed for it. The ticket was written at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday when his call report said he was in a town 150 miles away.
