The problem comes when you have situations where "95% of (very important product/element) is produced in X country," so when there are problems in X country it affects America's ability to get (very important product/element). And that IS the fault of nations that allow themselves to get put in such precarious situations.

 

That same pandemic restriction also applied to Congress, right?
