Bring down both ships? The Dems would start popping champagne corks on Labor Day of 2024 if Trump ran on a third party tickets. Every vote he takes would come from the Republicans.

Trump wouldn’t run third party.

• He’d have to spend his own money because the RNC machine wouldn’t be behind him
• He’d have to get on the ballot in 50 states, D.C. and however many territories.

 

Just the 50 states and DC. Besides, the RNC is already paying all his other bills. Why get off that money train?

 

Kristi Noem is vowing to make telemedicine appointments and mail order abortion pill illegal. But, how? She cannot outlaw telemedicine as a whole and only pinpointing abortion would be a gross violation of HIPAA. Also, if a person in SD has a teleconference with a doctor out of state.... how does the governor control that? Plus, the mail is federal. If any state starts wholesale intercepting mail, that's a federal offense.
And the federal gov't has reiterated the that abortion pill is legal in America.
Anyone with legal insight care to speculate how she can do either legally?
